Jennifer
S. Byram's practice emphasizes
Estate Planning, Trust and
Estate Administration, and
Business Succession Planning. She
focuses on helping people
plan for, and manage, the
business and legal consequences
of incapacity and death.
Ms. Byram was raised in
the Sierra Foothills, and
graduated with honors from
the University of California
at Berkeley. She received
her law degree from the University
of California, Hastings College
of Law, San Francisco, where
she was Senior Executive
Editor of the Hastings
Communications and Entertainment
Law Journal and Vice President of Hastings'
Native American Law Students'
Association.
Prior to
joining Coombs & Dunlap,
LLP, Ms. Byram clerked in
the Bankruptcy Court in Sacramento,
and practiced corporate law
in Silicon Valley, emphasizing
mergers and acquisitions
and corporate finance.
Ms. Byram serves on the
Board of Directors of Napa
Humane/SPCA, and is a member
of Leadership Napa Valley
Class XX, California Bar
Association, Trusts and Estates
Section, The Napa County
Bar Association and Napa
County Women Lawyers.
When not practicing law,
she enjoys traveling, outdoor
activities, writing and photography.
