Elizabeth A. Mackenzie’s
practice emphasizes business,
real estate, land use and related
litigation.
Ms. Mackenzie
counsels clients on the formation,
dissolution and sale of business
entities and assists clients
on settling boundary disputes,
easement and land use issues. She
also provides expert legal advice
on the purchase and sale of real property, commercial litigation, agricultural, commercial,
and residential leases, mechanic’s
liens and landlord/tenant
disputes. Ms.
Mackenzie’s clients
include local small business
owners, grape growers, wineries
and medical professionals.
Ms.
Mackenzie received her B.A.
from the University of California,
San Diego. She went on to
earn her J.D. from Tulane
Law School where she graduated
Cum Laude and was an Editor
at the Tulane Environmental
Law Journal. Prior to returning to Napa, she was an attorney at a large national law firm, working in its office in Washington, D.C. She joined Coombs & Dunlap,
LLP in 2002.
A native
of Napa, Ms. Mackenzie serves
on the boards of Legal Aid
of Napa Valley and Fair Housing
Napa Valley. She
is a past president of Napa
County Woman Lawyers and
is active in the local chapter
of the American Inns of Court and the Rotary Club of Napa. In
her spare time, Ms. Mackenzie
and her husband enjoy skiing
and traveling. |
