Rafael Rios III emphasizes

Raised
in St. Helena, Mr. Rios received
his bachelor's degree in
landscape architecture from
the University of California
at Davis. After working in
landscape architecture and
in land planning for several
years, Mr. Rios then made
the decision to study law,
entering Santa Clara University
Law School. He was a member
of Phi Delta Phi, an honorary
legal fraternity, at Santa
Clara.
Mr. Rios
returned to the Napa Valley,
became a member of the Napa
County Bar Association, and
joined Coombs & Dunlap,
LLP in 1994. Mr. Rios is
an active member of the St.
Helena Kiwanis Club, and
has served on the boards
of Directors Board of Directors
of the St. Helena Chamber
of Commerce, St. Helena Kiwanis
Club, Napa County Hispanic
Network and is currently
serving on the Board of Directors
for the Calistoga Family
Center.
He is fluent
in Spanish, his native language,
and lives in Calistoga with
his wife and their two sons.
When not practicing law,
he enjoys fly fishing, photography,
and outdoor activities. |
